Spectrum Internet Desks display two (468x60) banners at all times during a surfer session, independent of any particular website being viewed. Approx 6M impressions per month.

In addition the "Kiosk Portal" is accessed whilst the surfer selects which area or particular website they wish to visit. A mixture of banner sizes (inc Skyscraper & MPU) are displayed throughout the portal - with approx 4-8M impressions monthly.
